James is interested with someone with a C#/.net background in software engineering and a focus in SQL Server. He realizes that may be hard to find so he is willing to take a strong C#/.net developer with some SQL Server (should be able to write stored procedures, have experience developing in t-sql, possibly some experience with indexing). He does not want to see candidates solely with SQL Server experience.

Here is some other information he gave me.

· Would like to see candidates with Agile Methodology (this is an SDLC method). This is due to the test automation that they do.

· Candidates need to have experience shipping a product, and developing COTS (computer off the shelf software). If they only have experience developing internal business tools it is not a fit. He mentioned companies like Sage Software here in Atlanta. Please highlight this in the sub.

· He realizes that folks jump around in the tech world but he would like to see people that have at least worked 3 years in each position. He may be flexible on 2 years. 1 year in each position is
unacceptable. (I am not going to go through all the combination but you know what a shady resume looks like).

· The need to have a Computer Science degree and be able to answer CS type of questions in an interview.
