Project Manager

Job Description:

·         This position is related to the company’s Unified Messaging system as it relates to Web 2.0 chat.

·         Review PRD (Product Requirements Documents) before meetings, to ensure they are in line with product and project goals. 

·         This role will work with Designers (web developers, software developers, graphics production, layout artists) in the U.S. and China.  

·         Organize project structure and procedures for the User Interface development cycle, which includes collecting and verifying the PRD from Product Management, scoping the effort and organizing resources to work on the project.

·         Manage timelines to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.

Required:

·         Mandarin Chinese Fluency.

·         5 - 7 Years experience in a Project Management/Development role pertaining to web/graphics/networking/on-line communications development.

·         Web 2.0 experience Required.

·         Must have previous experience with PRD reviews.

·         Must have experience with User Interface Development Cycle.

·         Must have excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.

·         Must be able to handle communication across the Product Management Team, UE Team and Development Team.

·         Must have experience with UI Life Cycle and have experience in terms of knowing when to conduct reviews.

·         This role will also be responsible for laying out budgets.
