Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for assessing the
quality of a next generation title being developed out of Atlanta. CCP
is advancing the state of the art of game development by investing in
automated test systems, test driven development and other quality
focused best practices. The Quality Assurance Manager will manage a team
of technical Quality Assurance Engineers who will contribute during the
design phase and the implementation phase as well as during the test
phase of the software development life cycle. The successful candidate
will have a background in rigorous software quality assurance.

Requirements

Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 10 years experience in QA
Minimum of 3 years of experience with automated test development Minimum
of 3 years experience as a QA Manager Experience managing a very
technical quality assurance team Experience with unit and system test
frameworks Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Desired
Experience: Experience with Python and C++ a plus, almost mandatory
Experience managing remote test efforts Experience in the gaming
industry
