新州华人电脑协会 - New Jersey Chinese Computer Professionals Society (NJCCPS) is an active Chinese IT organization in the US. The society has over a thousand members. Its website http://www.njccps.org appears to be rennovated recently. And I think their Email Etiquette is good as in http://mail.njccps.org/node/13
